Surveying/Site Civil/Design

The Highlands PUD

Coleman Company was retained by Landmark 24 Development to plan and design The Highlands, an 1,800-acre mixed use Planned Unit Development consisting of 14 separate tracts of land and located near Jimmy DeLoach Parkway and Interstate 95 in Savannah, Georgia. This Planned Unit Development consists of attached and detached single family residential, multi-family residential, office, commercial, institutional, a community amenity center, a fire station, and an elementary and middle school. CCI provided all surveying services to support the development including boundary and control surveys, topographic and wetland surveys, utility location, offsite utility route surveys, and subdivision platting and staking for over 3,000 residential and commercial parcels.

Rockingham Farms Industrial Park

Rockingham Farms is an 1,100-acre warehouse distribution development master planned for approximately 9.7 million square feet of warehousing. Coleman Company is the surveyor of record for the boundary, topographic, and wetland surveys for the project. The scope included the topographic and boundary surveys for the Veterans Parkway Interchange. Also included was the route and subdivision plats for parceling and transfer of building pads and route surveys for over 33,000 LF of offsite utilities.

Education/Institutional/Surveying

New Hampstead K-8 School

Coleman Company provided surveying services and environmental studies for a 38.5-acre site off Littleneck Road in Bloomingdale, Georgia, for use as a K-8 school campus for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Our services included boundary, topographic survey, utility locations, wetlands survey and offsite surveys for roadway and utility extensions to allow for the design and construction of a new 175,000 sq. ft., 1,500-student facility.
