Clients such as the City of Bloomingdale in Georgia have called on Coleman Company to provide construction administration and other services. Our work with Bloomingdale’s utility relocation for the Jimmy DeLoach Parkway—a major corridor for trucks traveling to and from the Georgia Ports Authority—included project coordination with Chatham County and the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Construction Administration

Rockingham Farms Industrial Park

Currently in the early stages, Rockingham Farms is an 1,100-acre warehouse distribution development master planned for approximately 9.7 million square feet of warehousing located on Veterans Parkway in Savannah, GA. Coleman Company prepared the site master plan, master drainage and grading plan, and the offsite water and sewer and onsite roads and utility infrastructure. CCI is also under contract to provide site/civil design and construction phase services for 9.5 million square feet of warehouse distribution facilities planned for the site.
