The Franklin Creek Amenity Village is a design-build project featuring a new swimming pool, playground area, clubhouse and restaurant, tennis facilities, and redesigned parking areas. Our team’s design-build delivery method required close coordination between The Landings Club owners, Choate Construction, and the project architects. The design work required conformance with the new water quality/coastal supplement. In order to have successful conformance, we extensively coordinated with Chatham County officials to provide the most cost-effective solutions to allow an increase in impervious coverage resulting from new and expanded amenities and parking areas. At the same time, we worked to maintain the natural look and feel of the project setting within an established residential golf-amenity neighborhood.

Coleman Company worked closely with The Landings Club owners and Choate Construction to redevelop the Marshwood Clubhouse at The Landings. Featuring a large cabana bar, two dining options, and a resort-style pool complex, CCI provided surveying, civil/site design, and permitting for this exclusive facility. This project presented several unique challenges that were solved by CCI, including extensive coordination with the county to provide the most cost-effective solution for the water quality/coastal supplement conformance.
