Mungo Homes developed this 100-unit single family subdivision that included a community park consisting of a playground with various types of equipment, an open lawn, picnic area, centralized mail, dog walking area, decorative fencing, and landscaping. The project also required detailed landscape plans of the open spaces and buffers, including design of an entry monument and decorative fencing with brick columns and split rails. Coleman Company provided all planning, surveying, landscape architecture, site/civil design, and permitting for the project.
The Highlands PUD
Coleman Company was retained by Landmark 24 Development to plan and design The Highlands, an 1,800-acre mixed use Planned Unit Development consisting of 14 separate tracts of land and located near Jimmy DeLoach Parkway and Interstate 95 in Savannah, Georgia. This master-planned community consists of attached and detached single-family residential, multi-family residential, office, commercial, institutional, a community amenity center, a fire station, and an elementary and middle school.
Herb River Bluff
Forest Lakes is a beautiful family-friendly, master-planned, green community by Landmark 24, located in Pooler, GA. The neighborhood features tree-lined streets, passive recreation, and an elite amenity center. Coleman Company provided all planning, surveying, site/civil design, and construction administration for this luxury gated community.
