Coleman Company provided all planning, surveying, environmental services, site/civil design, permitting, landscape architecture, and construction administration for this 11-acres site consisting of 115 apartment units on Highlands Blvd. in Savannah, Georgia.

The Alleia is a 328-unit apartment and townhome complex located in the Savannah Highlands. Coleman Company provided all planning, surveying, environmental planning, site/civil design, permitting, landscape architecture, and construction phase services for the 24-acre site that included an amenity center and dog park.

Coleman Company provided all planning, wetlands delineation, surveying, site/civil design, permitting, landscape architecture, and construction administration for a 36-acre site on Spring Lakes Blvd., located in the Savannah Highlands P.U.D. The project included 256 townhomes, a large amenity area, a heavily landscaped entrance, and several passive recreation trails.

The landscaped entrance to the Harmony featured street trees and planting islands. Hardscaping elements such as wooden fencing and decorative lighting help define the arrival at the project.  Extra attention was paid to the enormous specimen Live Oak tree on the property ensuring that it will be enjoyed for many years.
