For example, Coleman Company was part of a project team that designed Tanger Outlets in Pooler, just west of Savannah. This outlet mall, situated on 324 acres on the southwest quadrant of I-95 and Pooler Parkway, was planned for approximately 500,000 square feet of outlet mall space and an additional 600,000 square feet of outparcel development, including a hotel and anchor retail. The Perry Lane Hotel’s civil engineering needs included the relocating and upsizing of existing City of Savannah water and sewer mains in a congested area of the Historic District.
