Victoria Erickson is an accomplished professional offering over 30 years of proven success, designing for top builders and developers throughout the East Coast. She is a well-recognized resource, specializing in Master Planning communities, both urban and coastal. Her expertise has yielded such notable communities as Chase Oaks, Cool Springs, Millville Town Park, Easton Village, New Bristoe Village, Fords Landing, Industrial Park Design, Golf Course Community Design, Marina and waterfront Communities, Community Theming and re-branding, and Wedding Farm Venues and Breweries.
Victoria offers a full spectrum of resourceful design capabilities that capture and fully utilize the unique natural highlights of each landscape while preserving unique historical social systems that exist within each unique locale. She is well-seasoned in land planning and architectural sensitivities and showcases a blend of non-conventional and innovative designs that combine art and imagination with a timeless balance of functionality and connectivity.
