Founded in 2013 by Terry Coleman, PLS, President and CEO, alongside Travis Burke, PE, Coleman Company, Inc. has grown into a reputable organization offering professional consulting services in the Savannah Region. With the addition of Greg Coleman and Neil McKenzie, PE to its leadership, the company excels in providing expert engineering design, surveying, and planning for land development projects.
In 2019, Coleman Company relocated to its current headquarters at 1480 Chatham Parkway in Savannah, housing a dedicated team of 70 employees. Known for its family-driven culture, client-centric approach, and wealth of experience, Coleman Company assigns seasoned project teams with years of combined civil engineering and surveying expertise to deliver exceptional results for each client.
With a rich history in Coastal Georgia and South Carolina, strategic partnerships, and a strong work ethic, Coleman Company has designed and completed projects encompassing Residential, Multi-Family, Commercial, and Industrial spaces.

OUR LEADERSHIP
At Coleman Company, Inc., our leadership is comprised of practitioners who are seasoned in their respective fields.
Terry Coleman, PLS, the President and CEO, brings over 40 years of expertise in land surveying, site design, and consulting, ensuring top-tier guidance for the company.
Greg Coleman, Industrial Group Leader, has a background deeply rooted in the engineering and construction industry, contributing valuable insights to the team.
As Vice President of Engineering, Travis Burke, PE boasts more than 25 years of experience specializing in land development projects. His technical skills span various sectors including residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional sites. Travis oversees all aspects of engineering projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive project management.
Neil McKenzie, PE, Partner/Residential Group Leader, offers over 18 years of experience in land development projects. He spent nine years as a Civil Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is known for the strategic thinking and integrity he brings to the office.
OUR COMMUNITY
The Coleman Company team is actively involved in the community. We volunteer with and offer support to organizations such as Abilities Unlimited, Xcel Strategies, Young Life Savannah, Kairos Savannah Prison Ministries, Housing Savannah, Inc. and Band of Brothers.
